Simplicity is somehow essentially describing the purpose and place of an object and product. The absence of clutter is just a clutter-free product. That's not simple.

Our Botanical Garden is an advocate for the plants
The Garden contains 50 different gardens and plant collections. There is a serene cascade waterfall, as well as wetlands and a 50-acre (20 ha) tract of original, never-logged, old-growth New York forest.

Hello! I´m Aileen Hamilton and I investigate the relationship between interior landscapes and the natural world.
About me
I am a visual artist and my practice is rooted in gesture, rhythm, and intuitive form. Raised in rural Ireland, the natural world continues to shape my work. Alongside my studio practice, I teach art and run Drawing in Nature workshops.
About my work
My paintings grow organically over time. Through fluid and layered marks, I try to capture a moment as it unfolds. Not to resolve it, but to remain present in it. I'm fascinated by compositions that appear to be alive, constantly evolving - reshaping, morphing, growing, and contracting like a living thing. I investigate themes of physical and emotional terrain to express personal narratives.
